Aurora

Aurora is a painting depicting the Wolves of Prejudice, an expression coined by modern-day philosopher and founder of L’Arche, Jean Vanier. It was inspired by a man I knew who suffers from Asperger’s and experienced rejection and humiliation throughout much of his life, and the work applies to any number of situations where judgment and ridicule overlook a person’s inherent value.
